INSTITUTIONAL TENDER DIVISION

Lifeone is registered with all government and semi government institutions for tenders. With a dedicated and experienced team, we do proper follow up on Tender announcements and successfully participate in tenders for medical and surgical supplies.

Our major clients in this division include all inpatient private hospitals, Hamad Medical Corporation, SIDRA, PHCC, Red crescent etc.

The unit providing engineering services and solutions to manufacturing industry and Hospitals. The unit provides engineering solution in various areas like sterile cleanroom partitions, HVAC works, coatings and floorings of pharmaceuticals and healthcare facilities. The unit also supplies safety storage solutions for pharmacies and hospitals as well as hand hygiene solutions. Focus is on Cleanroom projects as Healthone is equipped to take up turn key projects of pharmaceuticals requirements right from design, civil works to validation.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

The company has a professional training department with all the modern training and multimedia facilities ensuring up-to-date knowledge and information for our staffs. The division has a professional manpower and advanced infrastructure to supply branded, generic & OTC pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and vaccines of world class manufacturers to our elite customers spanning independent retail pharmacies & retail chains, clinics and polyclinics, hospital pharmacies, government & semi government institutions, and industrial clinics. Our vision is to register and supply innovative and generic pharmaceutical products of high quality and be a prime player in the segment. LifeOne has presence in almost all the major Group of Pharmacy retail chains & hospital pharmacies in the state of Qatar. We export products to GCC region and India. We maintain an excellent network with key decision makers, opinion leaders, regulatory authorities and key accounts. The division operates under an experienced Institutional Sales Manager along with sales representatives, ensuring our strong presence in all local and overseas tenders. The company regularly participates in the tender businesses of medical and surgical supplies. Our major clients in this division include all inpatient private hospitals, Hamad Medical Corporation, SIDRA, PHCC, Red crescent and other ministerial institutions, Ministry of interior, Petroleum and Airline institutions, industrial projects and other institutions having bulk pharmaceutical healthcare and medical requirements.

Logistics and Warehousing

LifeOne operates a fleet of warehouses that are conveniently located for easy accessibility to different regions and operates with the most modern ERP, logistics and supply chain management system. The unit is operated by a highly experienced team, that integrates the entire process in the logistics and supply chain management from product procurement to storage, inventory and expiry management, to supply chain and distribution. Our professional SOPs, training & quality policies are followed by all employees at all levels.

Our state of art warehouse is well equipped with temperature controlled cold rooms to store pharmaceuticals, vaccines &related products, adhering to international GSP & our warehouses are licenced by and comply to MOH & Health Authority specifications.

The division has fully equipped air-conditioned heavy vehicles, ensuring faster deliveries of processed orders, within 24 hours of order confirmation anywhere in the region. We operate with the most advanced ERP, which can generate reports of any activities related to sales, movements of products, staff analysis, reorder levels & other analytical data. We have a dedicated IT department with qualified engineers and supporting staffs capable of taking up any challenges in day to day activities and business development.

Regulatory Department

Regulatory access and excellence- We have a professional regulatory affairs department, which gives LifeOne a definite edge for registration of new pharmaceutical molecules, medical devices, and equipment in various regulatory and ministerial departments and the team is responsible for ensuring that all regulatory issues are dealt in a professional, swift and efficient manner providing maximum support and satisfaction to our Principals. The team has access and capability to register the consumer, OTC and personal care products with municipality labs and other regulatory authorities in the region.
